Expanding into new areas

The aim of our Outreach Services is to lead the way in innovative services that make a real difference to the lives of young disabled people - both within and outside Treloar's.

These services are based on the wealth of experience we have in meeting the residential, care and medical needs of disabled people while also improving access to education, work, sporting, and recreational activities.

Treloar's Outreach Services recognise that:

• Every day, Treloar's students require support to maximise opportunities, and to ease their transition into adult life.
• Many other disabled people, without access to a specialist organisation like Treloar's, can benefit from our expertise when it is taken out into the wider community.
• It is important to give support to the carers, professionals and organisations meeting the needs of these young people.

Treloar’s Vision is to create a world where physically disabled people learn to take control of their lives and dare to dream.
