Appeals
Treloar's is the largest non-maintained provision of its kind in the UK, supporting around 270 students each year through Treloar School and College and, thanks to our Extended Services, now supporting even more young disabled people in their own communities.
Some of our funding comes from statutory sources. But we rely on over £1.5 million of charitable donations each year to provide the range of care, equipment and opportunities that our students need and deserve.
We simply wouldn't be able to deliver some of our most specialist services without the generosity of our supporters - services like our Assistive Technology Department, our Moving On Programme and other outreach work.
In 2010, in addition to our usual fundraising challenge, we are launching a £3 million fundraising appeal in support of Vision Treloar's. With the money raised through this appeal, we will be able to help the plan to co-locate the School and College and enhance our existing support services become a reality.
We are counting on our friends and funders to help us achieve our three-year target, so please do support us in whatever way you can. Do come back and visit this page regularly to check on our progress.
