Treloar College students’ work was the star attraction at the TEN exhibition in Alton on Monday 20 June until Wednesday 23 June.

The art exhibition, staged by the Treloar College students, showcased the A-level work undertaken by art students at the Holybourne site and was held over three days at the Maltings Centre in the town.

It highlighted the creativity of the students, who had experimented with colours, textures and shapes to create a dazzling display of artwork which wowed visitors to the exhibition.

Tutor, Gemma Ellis, said: “The exhibition celebrates the excellent quality of art work produced by the advanced level students at Treloar’s. It demonstrates the capabilities and creativeness of our disabled students who have to juggle a busy program of education, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and work skills. They pursue this with immense motivation and determination.

“One of the purposes of this exhibition is to allow the wider community access to our students work, but also to challenge people’s perceptions of disabled people and show them what they are capable of achieving.”
