Businesses across the UK support Treloar’s. And everyone gains by doing it. Corporate social responsibility is now a must do thanks to the beneficial side effects it has on your business, reputation and staff.

There are many ways your company can help, such as employee fundraising, sponsoring an event or choosing Treloar’s as your Charity of the Year.

Why not make a donation to Treloar’s instead of sending Christmas cards? You could design your own Christmas e-card and email it to your clients. It might inspire them to do the same!

Employee Fundraising

You and your workmates can support Treloar’s at a one-off event or as part of a long-term commitment. Our fundraising team are happy to help you out with ideas and to support your event with publicity materials, sponsorship forms and even come along if possible.

“My team first got involved in fundraising about five years ago.  It created such a stir that now every department, and people at all levels, compete on an annual basis to raise the most funds. It’s good for staff, good for business and good for Treloar’s”.

Here are a few staff fundraising ideas to start you off:

• Enter a team in our annual Golf Day
• Organise a Dress-Down Friday
• Enter a team in a local half marathon or 10k run
• Sell Treloar’s Christmas cards in your offices
• Get your staff to do something practical: build a small garden, decorate a building or create a sensory area at Treloar’s
• If you’re in the area offer our College students some work experience
• Set up a payroll giving scheme and encourage staff to join
• Use us in your staff-training programme and invite us to provide Disability Awareness training
• Choose Treloar’s as your Charity of the Year and organise events
