Our equality and diversity objectives are:
1. To have an effective monitoring system to show the impact of our equality and diversity measures by carrying out an annual cycle of checks that ensure that we are compliant with legislation and regulatory requirements.
2. To embed Equality Impact Assessments into all policies, self-assessment and business plans.
3. To keep equality and diversity at the centre of all that we do by:
a. continuous training and awareness-raising activities;
b. marketing our objectives and keeping equality and diversity on team and leadership agenda;
c. ensuring policies and procedures are accessible to all.
