FlexiOptions: Summary of our services

Full-time placements: Ongoing residential or day provision from 5 to 7 days a week.

Limited-time placements: A full-time residential or non-residential placement over an agreed time span, from half a term upwards.

Part-time placements: A flexible number of days for a negotiated time period, with some residential aspects.

Short stay multi-disciplinary assessments: A residential assessment offering an overnight, or short residential stay (up to 4 weeks) depending on the student's specific needs.

Flexibility Programme: A groundbreaking scheme that opens our doors for outside day students to learn vital independent living skills and give them the confidence to ask for the support they need.

Employment programmes: A partnership for independent specialist colleges and the British Association for Supported Employment to help students find rewarding jobs.

Care for Everyone: We provide much needed 'time off' for carers and parents with help from trained professionals and Professional Development Days where colleagues can share their experiences in a welcoming forum.

Seconded Outreach Therapeutic Services: Therapy is carried out on your premises for students with a wide range of disabilities. Services include physiotherapy, occupational and speech and language therapies - intergrated and planned with the host school/college, supported by bespoke training and assistive technology.

Moving On: Our disability outreach workers help physically disabled adults after they 'move on' from college or home to develop local links, achieve work goals, establish a social life and enjoy real independence to explore a meaningful life.

Treloar's Direct: This pioneering service answers the increasing call from young people with learning difficulties and disabilities to live independently.  Our unique Trailblazer visits school and colleges to offer assessments for therapies, assistive technology and specialist communication software.
