A superb place to study – and all the support you need to succeed

Treloar College is a specialist college for young people, aged 16 or over, with physical disabilities from all over the UK and overseas. Based in Holybourne, near Alton in Hampshire, it has all the expertise and facilities that young people need to learn and develop as adults, in a really positive, supportive environment.

You come to College to learn, to acquire new skills and to develop personally. We think that taking a holistic approach is the best way to help you do that.  We offer a unique blend of education, pastoral care, therapy, medical support and independence training.

We cater for all abilities

We welcome students with a wide range of physical conditions, including those that have an associated learning difficulty, or a visual, hearing or communication impairment.  We also cater for students with degenerative or life-limiting conditions.

At Treloar’s, we aim to help students achieve their potential, develop self-reliance and take responsibility, by providing excellent and challenging educational, therapeutic and residential environments.

What Treloar’s has to offer

At Treloar’s, you’ll find facilities and equipment designed to make your life easier and more productive.  We have equipped our classrooms, bedrooms, eating and study areas very much with students in mind. For example, our Learning Resource Centre has adjustable tables, computers with special software and access devices, and state-of-the-art library shelving, so you can access books and other resources at the touch of a button.
