Moving On is a programme that helps disabled people aged between 18 and 65 ‘move on’ in some way in their lives. The project offers:

Free support from a disability outreach worker

We have two full-time disability outreach workers, one in Lewisham, south London, and the other in Woking, north west Surrey. They help disabled people who live, work or study in these areas achieve a specific short-term goal such as finding a local social activity or investigating housing options. Support is available for around 12 weeks.
