We set ourselves rigorous standards
We strive to achieve the highest standards, and ensure regulatory compliance, in everything we do. Both the School and College are inspected regularly by Ofsted and the Commission for Social Care Inspection.
As an employer Treloar Trust has the Investors in People award, for which we are regularly assessed. Since our last inspection, we have significantly expanded our training resources. We run an in-house Training and Development Programme for care staff and also support staff achieving NVQs at Levels 1, 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, and Promoting Independence.
Treloar's also has the two tick Disability Status award and in 2006, the Trust was awarded the Best Companies One Star accreditation, which recognises outstanding workplaces.
