At Treloar's there is a stimulating and vibrant environment where a rewarding career in care could flourish. We are currently recruiting Support Staff to work at our College helping to maintain the excellent standard of care we offer at Treloar's.
As a Support Worker you will be working with young people helping with their daily care routines as well as having the opportunity to work as part of a multi disciplinary team enabling students to achieve their full potential. The role involves working a variety of early, late and split shifts.
The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, the ability to record information and an understanding of the needs of disabled young people. Experience is not essential as we offer first class training and an opportunity to achieve NVQ Level 2-3 in Health and Social Care.

Hours: Full time & Part time (Full time hours are 42 per week) including Nights
Salary: £14,153 - £17,175 pa (pro rata to 42 hours) dependant on qualifications and relevant experience
