College student Yaffa has contributed her third 'story of the week' on 'Life in Evans House':

I couldn’t wait to get out of my home and come back and begin my third year at Treloar's. However, after two years at the School, I am now joining the College and Evans house. When I arrived, my car went to the wrong house but then I eventually found Evans. Before I began on Evans, I went over there with my team leader and I got to pick my room. I was happy with my room at first but as it was right next to the lounge at night, it was really noisy. I have moved to another room and it is also next to my mate. At first we didn’t have to book care but after a while they began to insist that all students had to. If you have booked care you have to be there on time or you will miss your slot. I always have to make sure that I am out of class on time or I miss my slot. On the weekend the staff always take the students out on outings. All the staff are lovely and you can have a laugh with them
