Organise your own fundraising event

Many of our supporters organise their own events, from small coffee mornings with neighbours to lavish annual galas with over 200 guests!

Here are just a few ideas you can get involved in:

Tea for Treloar’s

Stir up a storm for Treloar’s by holding a tea party. All you need to do is invite your friends to join you for a cup of tea and slice of cake! What could be simpler? No event is too small. And every penny counts!

We’ll be delighted to send you your Tea for Treloar’s Party Organiser’s Pack, which includes scrumptious recipes and goodies to get your party buzzing.

Tuck in for Treloar’s

Everyone loves an invitation to eat out – so tuck in for Treloar’s and enjoy making a difference. Why not organise a pot-luck supper where guests bring different dishes for the meal? Barbeques are also great for fundraising as you can often invite more guests to an outdoor function!

Theme it! How about a barn dance, fish evening, Burn’s Night Supper, chilli (or chocolate) in every course?

If you live near each other a safari supper is a great idea. You simply travel from one house to the next for each course!  And why not include wine tasting, beer sampling or cocktail making?

If you know of a village hall or have access to a tea shop, a large garden, restaurant or staff canteen, you could “tuck in” in teams.

Tee Off for Treloar’s

Are you a keen golfer? Indulge your passion and raise funds at the same time on a Treloar’s Golf Day or organise one yourself. Or why not choose Treloar’s as your Captain’s Charity of the Year? We can help you get in the swing!

If you, your partner, your boss or anyone you know plays golf ask if they would organise a golf day or enter a team in the annual Treloar’s Golf Day.

Tips for Treloar’s

We’ve got together with some great venues. Diners at participating local restaurants are asked to make a £1 donation per table to Treloar’s when they pay their bill. It’s such a small amount the restaurant staff still get their tip and it all adds up for us.
