We Set Ourselves Rigorous Standards
We strive to achieve the highest standards, and ensure regulatory compliance, in everything we do. Both the School and College are inspected regularly by Ofsted.
As an employer Treloar Trust has the Investors in People award, for which we are regularly assessed. Since our last inspection, we have significantly expanded our training resources. We run in-house training and development programmes including NVQ programmes, supporting staff to achieve NVQs at Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, Teaching Assistants and Business Administration.
Treloar's also achieved a National Training Award in 2008 for its NVQ and Care Staff Training Programme.
Treloar's also has the ‘two tick’ Disability Status award and in 2006, the Trust was awarded the Best Companies One Star accreditation, which recognises outstanding workplaces.
