Treloar's College Student Union and Common Room

Giving you a voice

Treloar College is affiliated to the National Union of Students (NUS). Students elect their own NUS Executives who meet regularly to raise any issues, and pass students’ views onto the Principal and senior staff.

Our students elect a representative to sit on the governing body of the College, and the Student Union is responsible for the Common Room. Student Union members also work with the College Activities Co-ordinator to plan a great range of social events and entertainment.

The Student Union plays a central role in co-ordinating student involvement in local community initiatives and provides a central voice for lobbying the local Council on transport and highway issues, for example.
