Treloar's sportspeople nominated for awards

Following the recent request for nominations for the East Hampshire District Sports Awards 2012, Treloar’s has been successfully nominated in three categories: Coach of the Year, Volunteer of the Year and Team of the Year (Junior and Senior).
The awards are given annually to recognise commitment to and excellence in coaching, volunteering, participation and performance in East Hampshire. Individuals and teams can come from schools, clubs and other organisations.
Those from Treloar’s potentially receiving awards are Barry Bowden (Coach of the Year), Kim Smith (Volunteer of the Year) and Treloar Athletics Team School and College (Team of the Year).
All finalists are invited to the awards ceremony, which takes place at the council’s offices at Penns Place, Petersfield on 16 February, when the winners will be announced.
