Volunteers at Treloar’s

Volunteers play a key role at Treloar's and help us in many different ways. Whether you can offer a few hours a week or would like to work for us in your gap year, we’d love to hear from you.

There are two main ways in which you can work for us on a voluntary basis:

Volunteer Programme

If you are looking for a full-time volunteering opportunity, you can apply for a place on our Treloar Volunteer Programme. During term time, you will receive free board and lodging plus weekly pocket money of £50 and have the chance to get fully involved with this very special community. Most of our volunteers are school/college leavers taking a gap year and are aged 18 to 25 but we are happy to hear from people of all ages. To find out more see our Brochure on Volunteering here.

Voluntary Helpers

Voluntary Helpers make a huge difference to life at Treloar’s, helping in the classroom, in the Learning Resource Centre or with social and sporting activities. If you can spare a few hours a week or a month we'd love to hear from you.
