Treloar School & College / Art – Key Stage 3

Art – Key Stage 3

Students will have opportunities to develop their artistic skills during their timetabled one double period a week as part of the carousel. Key Stage 3 students will experience working in 2 and 3 dimensions to create personal items, increasing their knowledge and awareness of design processes. Students will be encouraged to work as independently as possible, directing an assistant when necessary. Much of the work will be linked to other areas of the curriculum or project-based. Students will reflect on their work and the work of their peers.
