Meet Abbie

Abbie is 20 and a former Treloar's pupil with cerebral palsy. She is number one club thrower in the UK, and third in the world!

She made her international debut in Swansea two years ago where she finished a brilliant fourth place behind British atheletes Gemma Prescott, Josie Pearson and eventual winner Jo Butterfield.

Since then Abbie has gone on to compete in the IPC Athletics European Championships in Italy where she won the Bronze medal, the IPC Athletics World Championships, another impressive bronze medal, and most recently the London Anniversary Games.

Abbie has added a remarkable three metres to her lifetime best and will be tough competition in the Rio Paralympics.

Good luck Abbie!
