Niagara Healthcare, the largest manufacturer of therapeutic products in the world, has chosen Treloar’s to be one of their four charity partners for 2016/17. Throughout the year employees will hold fundraising events in aid of their chosen charities and Treloar’s will be the lucky recipient of the donations raised in the southern region.
The fundraising got underway back in June 2016 when the company held their inaugural Charity Ball. Staff from across the country attended the glamorous event with all funds going straight to good causes. From raffles to auctions, collection pots to competitions, the evening was full of opportunities for the staff to dig deep and show their support.
During the evening the employees heard all about Treloar’s, our students, staff and how their funds can make a difference to the lives of our young people.
The Ball raised an incredible amount and we were generously awarded £5,000. On top of this donation the organisation has kindly donated some equipment for our Physiotherapy department to use.
We are extremely grateful for their support. The funds received will contribute towards the vital work that we do ensuring that Treloar’s offers outstanding teaching and learning, professional care and therapy and enduring support and guidance for our students.
