Paying in Money From an Event
Once you’ve raised your money you can pay it in by post, phone or online. Whichever way you choose, thank you. The funds you raise really do make a difference!
Please remember to tell us “why” and “how” you have raised your money. We really do like to hear about what you’ve been up to. Messages and photos would be great too, if you'd like to share.
Green Envelopes and Sponsorship Form
Please make sure your sponsors/donors fill out their details on the green envelope or your sponsorship form and have read the Gift Aid Declaration before ticking the Gift Aid box.
In order to claim Gift Aid we must have each donor’s initial and surname, house number, street, postcode and donation amount. Without these we cannot claim Gift Aid. For every £1 donated, we can claim an extra 25 pence from HMRC, at no extra cost to you. This really does make a difference!.

If paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to Treloar Trust and pop it in the envelope along with your green envelope and/or sponsorship form.
Online fundraising pages
If you’ve set up a Treloar’s online fundraising page, the money donated by your sponsors will automatically be sent to us. You don’t have to do a thing. Just encourage as many people as you can to make a donation on your page.
