Treloar School Sixth Form students organised and ran a cake stall on Parents Day this past half term as part of their Certificate in OCR Life and Living Skills. The unit this related to was ‘working as part of a group’ and involved each member taking a turn at the stall, interacting with customers to show good customer service and money skills (if customers wanted change from their donation). At the end of the enterprise students evaluated what worked well and what could be improved for next time.

The stall raised £258 which will go to support the Pink Day Breast Cancer Charity.
