We are delighted to announce that Treloar’s has achieved two prestigious awards from Investors in People: Achieving the Gold Standard accreditation and the Good Practice Health and Wellbeing Award.
Investors in People Gold standard is only awarded to organisations who demonstrate best practice in developing and nurturing their staff, operating at the very highest levels of people management. Only 7% of accredited organisations achieve the Gold Award. To achieve this, evidence across at least 126 categories was required and Treloar’s successfully achieved 150 evidence requirements.
To achieve the Good Practice Health and Wellbeing Award, organisations are reviewed for their focus on effectively supporting the health and wellbeing of their people, promoting equality of opportunity, supportive management and organisational culture amongst other things.
Kay Griffiths, Head of HR, believes these awards are recognition of the importance of Treloar’s staff: “We take our obligations to our staff very seriously and we are all extremely proud of this achievement. We recognise the pressures our staff are under and feel these awards demonstrate their commitment and our investment in our teams”.
