"Pupils are listened to and are able to express any concerns or worries they have to adults". OFSTED report, January 2018

We want students to always feel there is someone they can talk to. Our residential support staff is trained to help and support students, but sometimes it is helpful to speak to someone the student doesn't see every day. Students can approach a counsellor directly or ask a member of staff to arrange something on their behalf. This can be counselling, play therapy or music therapy. Our on-site counselling team works with the GPs and the Health Centre to support adolescent mental health and works closely with the chaplain, residential staff and others where appropriate to support students.
