PSHE Key Stage 3
Students are taught for one 45-minute lesson per week and follow the New Horizons ASDAN scheme. New Horizons is an activity-based curriculum resource which supports the delivery of PSHE Education. The New Horizons Record Book contains activities within a framework of five modules:Personal, Social, Health, Citizenship and Relationships. The final activity in each module is My Challenge. This requires the learner, working with the tutor, to identify something new they would like to try, relating to the theme of the module. For the first few weeks of the Autumn term, students will cover personal safety and e-safety.
