Admissions and Funding Coordinator

£24,531 per annum
36.5 hours per week, Full Year Contract (can be flexible for the right candidate)
Applications are invited for this exciting, newly created position at Treloar School and College; to commence December/January. You will work closely with the Head of Admissions, Funding and Contracts and the wider Treloar multi-disciplinary team providing clear and effective communication to all internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally with experience of providing high level administration support to senior managers you will support the Head of Admissions, Funding and Contracts with all aspects of a student’s funding journey. You will work closely with other members of the team and the wider multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate prospective student assessments. You will attend relevant meetings including preparing the agendas, taking the minutes and circulating as appropriate.
You must be a well organised individual with good IT skills and the ability to manage multiple demands and families simultaneously. It is a requirement that you have good general education including GCSE level 2 in Maths or English or equivalent.
