Full & Part Time Apprentice Student Support
£16,321 – £19,733 (Pro Rata for Part Time)
Minimum of 30 hours per week – Full Year or Term Time

We are extending the opportunity for individuals to work with us and to join our team as Apprentice Student Support Assistants. The primary purpose of this role is to assist students in residential houses and in educational learning and life skills. You will need to be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team whilst having the ability to work under pressure.
The successful candidate will be required to work towards and complete the Level 3 qualification in Lead Adult Care and hold Functional Skills / GCSE C or above in both English and Maths. You will work alongside experienced staff members, and learn the skills and knowledge you will need to become a confident Student Support Assistant. You will be fully supported by your colleagues and your Manager throughout your Apprenticeship and you will develop valuable experience within the industry. Induction and full on the job training will also be provided, of which you are paid for.
Hours: Full and Part time hours available (Minimum of 30 hours per week). Rotas will include a combination of 7.00am starts; 10.30pm finishes and some weekend working.
