We are looking for caring and enthusiastic people to join our small dedicated team for our established supported living service.  The service supports young adults with disabilities, whose support is tailored to meet their individual needs through person-centred planning in their own flats.

We expect our Bank Support Assistants to play a key role in the lives of the individuals that we support. You will be able to offer these individuals emotional, physical and domestic support alongside personal care and independence training, on a daily basis.

You will always look for innovative new ways of assisting the people we support to achieve the things that they want to achieve within their lives, improving skills, promoting independence and expanding on their interests. The young people we support will look to you for motivation and encouragement.

  • £10.53-£11.34 per hour depending on experience and whether unsocial hours worked
