British Sign Language Student Support Technician

Earning potential of £19,217 pa dependent on qualifications (pro-rata to 42 hours per week for part-time staff) Up to 42 hours per week
We are looking to recruit a British Sign Language Student Support Assistant for Treloar School. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a team of professionals at Treloar’s, working together to support the needs of students with physical disabilities and complex learning needs. The successful candidate will support individual students within the classroom and other environments at school, using their own BSL signing skills, and work closely with the teacher/tutor and Speech and Language Therapy team.
For this role you will be required to have a British Sign Language qualification. You must also have a good level of general education, including a minimum GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English.
