We are looking for caring and enthusiastic people to join our dedicated team for our recently established supported living service. The service supports young adults with disabilities, whose support is tailored to meet their individual needs through person-centred planning.
We expect our Support Assistant to play a key role in the lives of the individuals that we support both in their own flat and in the community. You will be able to offer these individuals emotional, physical and domestic support alongside personal care, on a daily basis.
You will always look for innovative new ways of assisting the people we support to achieve the things that they want to achieve within their lives, improving skills, promoting independence and expanding on their interests. The people we support will look to you for motivation and encouragement.
If you are looking for a new exciting, rewarding and challenging role we would welcome you to get in touch. Previous experience of working in a residential or domiciliary care setting with disabled adults is essential. Hours: Full time or Part time positions available.
We offer: –
- 27 days annual leave per annum (pro-rata for part time staff)
- Excellent benefits package including pension, health cash plan, occupational health and life insurance
