Entry Level College Teacher

42 hours per week (full time) – September 2021 start
An excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive teaching team has arisen at Treloar College. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher to teach and facilitate learning with a group of students working at Entry Level. The position involves working as a member of a well-established multi-disciplinary team to set trans-disciplinary goals, delivering high quality learning to students enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities include; acting as a personal tutor; attending the multi-disciplinary team meetings; setting targets; completing Individual Learning Plans; monitoring achievement and reporting in Annual Reviews.
The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher. Applications from newly qualified teachers, seeking to pursue a career teaching young people with Special Educational Needs, are welcome. Candidates without an SEN qualification will be required to demonstrate a commitment to achieving this.
