Head of School – September 2021

36.5 hours per week, permanent contract

 

Treloar’s are seeking an exceptional Head of School with extensive experience in special education to lead our outstanding school. Reporting to the Principal, Martin Ingram, the next Head of School will share our values and will drive forward a vision for excellence in an organisation which has remained at the forefront of developments in our sector for the past hundred years.

 

The successful candidate will be a visible, enthusiastic and collaborative leader with a demonstrable track record of successful middle or senior leadership in special education. They will have excellent communication and presentation skills and will be a compelling ambassador for the School.  The next Head of School will enable our 80 students from 2 to 19 years meet their full potential in all aspects of their learning and development at Treloars. We are looking for an ambitious and innovative person and previous experience of working with young physical disabled people is desirable.

 

Due to the current COVID 19 measures we are unfortunately unable to offer a tour of the school campus. However, information regarding our outstanding facilities can be found on the Treloar website.
