Personal Assistant – Supported Internship

35 hours per week (minimum), term time position
Earning potential up to £19,733 per annum (depending on qualifications) (pro-rata to 42 hours per week for part-time staff)

We are looking to recruit Personal Assistants for our students. This role involves supporting students in their work placements to ensure they are able to participate and access their working environment. You will also be required to support the students to access their learning programme on site and support them in all aspects of their personal care both on and off site. The hours for this role are Monday – Friday 9.00-4.00 with the opportunity to increase hours if desired.
You will need to be able to work autonomously, using your own initiative. Ideally you will hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant subject or be willing to work towards this. You must also have a good level of general education. You will need to be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team whilst having the ability to work under pressure. You will have good communication and people skills, supporting our students in a variety of working environments.
