Working at Treloar’s

"Staff welcome the high quality of training and the opportunity to work with external agencies that is such a strong feature across the school". OFSTED report, January 2018

We are committed to providing opportunities for some of the most physically disabled young people in society to help them realise their potential. In order to do this we rely on a large and dedicated team of staff and employ approximately 600 people of all ages and backgrounds. What our staff have in common is a commitment to our Vision 'To create a world where physically disabled young people learn to take control of their lives and dare to dream'.

Working at Treloar's is very rewarding, whether working directly with the students or in a support role it is inspiring to be part of our team. There are plenty of social opportunities too so in addition to your direct team you will have the opportunity to meet other colleagues through social events including BBQ's, Christmas parties, cinema and quiz nights, swimming and other sports and social club events.

We offer interesting and rewarding work in a wide range of areas including:

  • Care work
  • Education
  • Medical/Nursing
  • Therapies
  • Fundraising
