42 hours per week (Term Time Only)

12 Month Fixed Contract


We are looking to recruit a School and College Office Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of the School and College area, as directed by the Admissions and Contracts Manager.

The successful candidates will be undertaking administration tasks including assistant with the inputting of data into the management information systems and supporting the archiving of files across the School and College. They will also be contributing to the services provided by the Admissions team and the On-Programme Administration team.

Applicants must have a good general education to GCSE level and have knowledge and experience of work process, emails, Windows, database packages, data input and excel. The post holder must have good organisational and communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as function as part of a team.
