Staff Accommodation

Treloar's can offer on-site accommodation for staff subject to availability.  Priority is given to staff who work with students and who are relocating from abroad, or who live over 30 miles away.

Treloar’s is located in the village of Holybourne, near the market town of Alton. Our on-site accommodation is close to local supermarkets, public transport links, pubs, restaurants, and offers easy access to the countryside around Holybourne.

We offer single rooms in multiple occupancy houses with shared kitchens and lounges. Some rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Some rooms are older style accommodation with shared bathrooms.

We have a very limited number of double rooms for couples who are both employed by Treloar's. None of the accommodation is suitable families. 

Rental costs range from £405 - £520 per month and include all bills.

Treloar’s accommodation is provided up to a maximum of 2 years and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Occupancy Agreement.
