Staff Accommodation

Treloar's can offer on-site accommodation for staff subject to availability.  Priority is given to staff who work with students and who are relocating from out of area (30 mile + radius of site).

Treloar’s is located in the village of Holybourne, near the historic market town of Alton. Our on-site accommodation is close to local supermarkets, public transport links, pubs, restaurants, and other essential amenities. Plus, with rolling fields and woodlands right on the doorstep, it’s an ideal setting for anyone who enjoys the tranquillity of the great outdoors.

We offer single rooms in shared houses which include communal kitchens and lounges. Some rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while others offer a more traditional layout, with shared bathroom facilities. A limited number of double rooms are also available for couples - provided both individuals are employed by Treloar’s.

Please note that accommodation is available exclusively to employees and cannot be extended to partners or dependants. 

Rental costs range from £405 - £520 per month and include all bills.

Treloar’s accommodation is provided up to a maximum of 2 years and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Occupancy Agreement.
