Thank you so much for supporting Treloar’s. I wanted to share what your kindness has meant to me.
Starting at Treloar’s has been brilliant. I have never done this much before – there is so much I can join in with. I am encouraged to make my own choices and feel more active in what is going on than I ever have been.
I have finally found my place and my people here. My peer group is excellent and it makes such a difference to feel like part of a team where everyone is on the same footing.
This is the first time I have stayed away from home, and I love it. I enjoy having my own space, spending time with my mates and joining in with evening activities. I have tried things I never had the opportunity to do before, like swimming, archery and wheelchair dancing. With the right support in place, I feel safe and able to be myself.
Treloar’s has given me opportunities, independence and confidence that I didn’t have before – and that is only possible because of supporters like you. Thank you for helping to make this possible for me and so many other students.
With my sincere thanks,
Brandon
