Our annual Golf Day has been a supporter favourite for many years, bringing together Treloar’s supporters, parents, local businesses, golfers and friends for a memorable day on the greens. It’s a chance to reconnect, build new relationships and come together around a shared purpose, all while enjoying a fantastic day of golf!
For 2026, we’re turning things up a notch, with new ideas and fresh touches designed to make this year bigger and better than ever. We’re excited to offer a special early bird ticket price for bookings made before May and you can reserve your place now with no payment required right away, spaces are limited, so don’t miss out!
Format of the day
Breakfast on arrival: Kick off the day with coffee and bacon rolls.
Driving range: Warm up and practice your swing before heading out on the course.
Shotgun start: Enjoy a full round of golf on the stunning 18-hole course.
Bar: Return to the clubhouse, relax, freshen up and enjoy a drink at the bar.
Two-course carvery: Refuel with a delicious two-course meal after your round.
Fundraising activities: Take part in fun competitions, raffles and auctions to raise vital funds for Treloar’s students.

Buggies are available to hire, with a £5 donation per hire going directly to Treloar's.

Old Thorns Hotel and Resort
Set in 400 acres of rolling Hampshire countryside, Old Thorns offers a championship-standard par‑72 course that’s both enjoyable for less experienced golfers and challenging for the best. Designed by Peter Alliss and Dave Thomas, the course features tree-lined fairways, lakes, bunkers and panoramic views, with each hole offering its own unique challenge.
Practice facilities include a driving range and putting greens, and the clubhouse provides a welcoming space to relax, enjoy refreshments, and soak in the scenery, making it the perfect backdrop for a memorable day on the greens.
