Ready for a running challenge with a difference? Get ready to jump, bounce, climb and slide your way through the Inflatable 5K Southampton – one of the UK’s biggest and most exciting inflatable obstacle course events!
Taking place on Saturday 31 July 2027, this is your chance to swap the usual run for a day packed with giant inflatables, epic obstacles, music and plenty of laughs. Whether you’re taking on the challenge with friends, family, workmates or a group of fellow fundraisers, get ready for an unforgettable experience where the fun matters just as much as crossing the finish line.
With giant inflatable obstacles, exciting slides, tunnels and music zones to keep the energy high, there’s something to get everyone bouncing! You don’t need to be a seasoned runner to take part, either. It’s all about getting involved, giving it a go and enjoying the experience at your own pace.

Will I receive fundraising support?

Will I receive a Treloar's running vest?
Yes. Everyone taking part for Team Treloar's will receive a Treloar's running vest (or equivalent event top where applicable) to wear on the day.
Can I use my own place?
Yes! If you've already secured your own place, we'd love you to join Team Treloar's and fundraise for us. Get in touch with our fundraising team and we'll support you all the way.
Where does my fundraising go?
Every pound you raise helps Treloar's provide specialist education, therapy and care for physically disabled children and young people, helping them achieve greater independence and live life to the fullest.
