Padel players of all abilities are invited to take part in the Treloar’s Charity Padel Championships on Saturday 3 October, with £250 cash prizes sponsored by Exclusive Networks up for grabs in the Men’s, Ladies’ and Mixed competitions.
Taking place at Advantage Padel, Kingsley, the Championships will bring together players from across Hampshire and beyond for a day of padel, fundraising and fun, all in support of Treloar’s and the physically disabled children and young people we support.
Whether you’re a regular on the padel court or simply fancy giving it a go, everyone is welcome to take part. Players can enter the Men’s Doubles, Ladies’ Doubles or Mixed Doubles competitions, with the winning pair in each category crowned the first Treloar’s Charity Padel Champions and taking home a £250 cash prize, sponsored by local business and partner, Exclusive Networks.
The event is being delivered in partnership with BY3 Events, founded by Rafa Vega, current LTA No.2. Together, we’re bringing players a professionally organised day of competitive padel, while keeping the atmosphere friendly, social and accessible to everyone.
Rafa Vega, Founder of BY3 Events, said:
“We're delighted to be supporting our very first charity event, and we couldn't think of a better team to do it with than Treloar's. We're looking forward to working together to make it a fantastic event while helping raise funds for such an important cause.”
Alongside the tournament, players can look forward to guaranteed matches, open play opportunities and an exhibition match featuring Rafa Vega, as well as a charity Q&A, prize presentation, raffle and auction.
Every player will also receive a goody bag worth £50, featuring products from brands including Costa Coffee, WillPowders, Sport in Science, HU Kitchen, BetterYou, Mitchum, Rally Fuel and more.
Friends, family and supporters are also welcome to come along and enjoy the action from courtside, making it a great day out whether you’re playing or cheering on the competitors.
Optional morning sessions, including Padel and Yoga and a Ladies’ Americano, will also be available to book for those looking to get on court before the Championships begin.
Supporting Treloar’s
By taking part, players will be helping Treloar’s raise vital funds to support physically disabled children and young people from across the UK.
Treloar’s supports around 180 physically disabled children and young people through specialist education, therapy and care. We need to raise around £2 million every year to continue providing these services and giving our students the opportunities they deserve.
So whether you’re playing for the £250 prize, looking for a fun day out with friends or simply want to try something new, your participation will help make a difference.
The Treloar’s Charity Padel Championships take place on Saturday 3 October 2026, from 10:30am to 5:00pm at Advantage Padel, Kingsley.
Tournament places cost £60 per person (£120 per pair), with individual entries welcome. Breakfast and lunch can be added for an additional £15 per person.
