We are committed to ensuring each staff member has the opportunity to learn and grow during their career at Treloar’s. We are proud of the wide ranging skills of our staff and are committed to their continuing professional development. Last year alone 10,714 individual training records were completed by our staff!
What is on offer for our team?
We don’t like standing still and have become experts in our field thanks to the continual improvement and development of our staff and colleagues in the sector.
From Makaton communication, to Teaching and Learning in Schools, Health and Social Care, Functional Skills in Maths and English, to moving and handling and medication management- we have courses to support your professional development.
Our efforts to support and develop our teams have been recognised by Investors in People who have given us their prestigious Gold Award. We also hold the Investors in People Health and Wellbeing Award.

Industry leading training
Our training courses are held as a beacon in our industry and increasing numbers of external organisations sign up to Treloar’s courses to give their own teams exposure to some of the high class training we consider as standard for our own staff.
Whether or not you have experience of working in this sector we would love the opportunity to discuss with you positions we have available which may be suitable for you.
We also offer placements for students studying therapy, nursing and education, through the relevant universities, such as the University of Surrey. If you are interested in a clinical placement, speak to either your University or complete an application form on our volunteer page.
