Business without Barriers Conference

21st November 2025

We are proud to introduce Business without Barriers, the first in a series of events by Treloar’s.

Business without Barriers will bring together business leaders, educators, and advocates to tackle the disability employment gap for young disabled adults. As part of our commitment to empowering students beyond education, we’re showcasing how tailored support, work experience, and supported internships can open doors to meaningful careers.

This event is more than a conversation - it’s a call to action. By increasing visibility of disabled talent in the workplace and uniting the business community, we can challenge perceptions, share best practices, and create real opportunities for inclusive employment.

Over the course of the morning you will hear from a range of expert speakers, followed by a networking lunch. Join us in shaping a future where every young person, has the chance to thrive in the world of work.
