White Lodge Centre
Pulse
A club for 18-25 year olds at White Lodge
Pulse is designed for young people to have fun and socialise, with activities that promote independence. The club runs from Monday to Friday in our Rendezvous building and gives young adults the opportunity to access fun, social and engaging activities during the week.
It is open to those with a learning disability, physical disability and/or neurological condition.
The club is set within amazing facilities which includes a music area, art room, fitness suite, hydrotherapy pool, gardens and an accessible kitchen and café.
This social environment provides opportunities to get active and healthy as well as encouraging creativity.
We also get out and about exploring the wider community to develop travel and social skills. Trips include going to the cinema, bowling, shopping, swimming, pub lunches and visiting places of interest like the zoo. It’s fun all the way!
