About us
Chailey Heritage Foundation provides a range of services for young people with complex neurodisabilities to help them transition into adulthood in a supportive, caring environment where they are encouraged to exercise their own choices and make their own decisions.
Our services
Chailey Heritage Futures: Residential transition service for young people from 16 years, acting as a stepping-stone into adult life, and beyond. Residents have access to on-site 24/7 NHS clinical care from nurses, therapists, and consultants.
Community Services: Vibrant day service in our Hub and pay-as-you-go sessions in our Leisure and Skills Centre, as well as out-of-school options for pupils.
Chailey Heritage Pathways: Community-based service offering the expertise of our staff to children and young adults in their own home and in the community.
