Clarion – helping to unlock Treloar’s students’ musical potential
Treloar’s is delighted to be partnering with Open Orchestra to allow Treloar School students to perform a range of pieces through a new technology called Clarion. This technology is particularly relevant for Treloar’s students it allows users to be expressive in pitch, tempo and dynamics, something that was previously hard to achieve with other technological instruments. The technology is accessed via computers and each student, depending on their needs and physical abilities, uses touch, head or eye control to create the music.
Alex Lupo from Open Orchestra visited earlier this week to demonstrate and work with lucky School students Ella, Leo, Phoebe and Kitty to create some beautiful music.
