Six School and 2 College students attended a swimming gala last week in Basingstoke. All swam an extra 10m further than expected due to an error by the officials; for some this was the furthest they had ever swum!
All had a fantastic time and the students certainly did amazingly well. Chloe came in 3rd in both of her races; Ben came in 1st and 3rd; Ella 2nd in both; Dan 1st and 3rd; Saskia 2nd in both; Poppy 1st and 3rd and a personal best of 30 seconds over 20m; Andre 1st, 1st and 2nd and Emily a 3rd and a 4th.
