Exam Results 2022

During this results season, we have had confirmation of many of our students’ achievements that they so richly deserve. We have had more than one hundred qualifications completed this year in a variety of subjects. Our students have obtained grades all the way up to A star. This is a staggering achievement during a period which has continued to be immensely challenging for all young people at Treloar’s.

On 18th August Treloar College students celebrated receiving their exam results. This year we have two students securing results to go onto University and two students moving onto supported internships.

Treloar College student, Lewis, will be attending Surrey University to further his studies in international relations. Lewis has benefited from Treloar’s close links with HSDC Alton, attending both campuses during his time with Treloar’s.

Another College student, Ben, will be moving onto the University of Creative Arts in Farnham where he’ll further his art studies. Ben’s work already adorns many of our walls at Treloar’s, and we are excited to see what’s next for him and his creative endeavours.

We wish Ben and Lewis all the best in their next steps.

Having completed their courses, students Emily and Harriet will be going on to Treloar’s Supported Internship Programme which allows our students to further develop their skills in the work place whilst continuing to receive our specialist support and guidance. Emily and Harriet will be joining the rest of their peers already on this programme following their fantastic results. We are excited to see all they will achieve this coming year.

Whilst the rest of the world has largely returned to normal, many of the barriers our students faced through the pandemic have endured. They have overcome so much in their lives, and we are so proud of how they approach adversity to achieve all they do. Here at Treloar’s, it is our vision for a world where disabled young people achieve their aspirations and are in control of their lives, and these results remind us what an amazing student body we have.

We are very proud of all our students have achieved this year. Success comes in many forms, not just those measured by university places and grades, and this is just a snapshot of the myriad of successes our students have made this year. It is a welcome time to reflect on all our students have worked for and all the hard work our staff have put in to support that.
