First TRELOTTERY rollover prize winner!

Last year, we revamped and relaunched our weekly TRELOTTERY. This included introducing a rollover prize which increases by £50 each week if it is not won up to a maximum of £5,000.

We are so thrilled to say that on 10th March this year we had our first ever TRELOTTERY rollover prize winner! We were delighted to welcome Jan to Treloar’s for a visit last week. Jan came to collect her cheque and learn more about the work that she is supporting. Here are her thoughts on her incredible win:

I am so excited to be the first winner of your £5,000 TRELOTTERY rollover prize; I think the win really is just starting to sink in now the cheque is in the bank. I don’t think I’ve ever been the first in anything, and I’ve certainly never won anything in comparison. I am more than impressed with Treloar’s and the wonderful students and staff. There is such a happy atmosphere about the place, despite the many challenges you must face every day. The cost of playing TRELOTTERY is less than a cup of coffee a month, and it’s so nice to know my money is going to support such an amazing place where young people are learning as much independence as possible.

We are so grateful to everyone who plays our weekly TRELOTTERY as you help to raise over £200,000 a year which all goes to towards providing care and education for our young disabled students. We are also really appreciative of the additional money and the many prize cheques that get returned to us each month as donations towards our running costs.
