As we come out of lockdown restrictions more people are heading out and about to restaurants. But have you ever thought about what food is like for those who need special diets?
We’re highlighting the incredible work of our dietitians and catering team who have continued to serve up tailor made food to meet the needs of our students.
Throughout the pandemic we’ve catered for over 180 students who have over 11 different dietary requirements including vegan, low Fodmap, high calorie, gastrostomy feeding and gluten free.
Our catering team work closely with our highly trained dietitians to make everything bespoke on site!

Everything on the plate is created
by our chefs in puree form with the consistency of a mousse.
We think it’s vital that students who have varying dietary needs don’t miss out on the fun. We are constantly striving to come up with new ways to include them.
