Port Solent Sailing Weeks

Thanks to funding from the Alpkit Foundation, approximately 60 students this year have been able to take part in Port Solent Sailing Weeks – an incredible experience for all. School student Joss was lucky enough to participate: “I had a fantastic day and it was a life changing experience for me, I would highly recommend it. As a person in a wheelchair, I’ve never felt anything like that, as the boat moved over the waves I could feel the vibrations of the waves under my feet. When I steered the boat it gave me an overwhelming feeling of control, like I’d never felt before.”
