The best year of your life! We offer a small number of places for residential volunteers at Treloar’s. Residential volunteers spend an academic year (September to July) supporting students and staff in the College, School and therapies department.

FAQs
How long is the Residential Volunteer Program?
Volunteers will spend one academic year at Treloar’s (September to July). Volunteers have the opportunity to travel or return home during the Christmas and Easter Holidays and other term breaks.
Will I be provided with accommodation?
Volunteers are provided with accommodation on-site in Holybourne, Alton. They also take their meals in our Dining Hall.
Do you offer training to volunteers?
You will be given the help and support you need. You will be completing and Induction Programme and will be trained in your specific role. If you have any questions along the way, it is important that you always ask a staff member or the Volunteer Co-ordinator.
What is Safeguarding?
Treloar’s is committed to keeping children and young people safe and will stringently follow procedures to endorse their safety. Safeguarding children and vulnerable people is a priority for all employees and volunteers and we will provide you with the appropriate training and information.
